ALL CLAIMS ARE NULL AND VOID WITHOUT AN UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE PRODUCT WHEN IT’S SHIPPED
We recommend all our customers to film an unboxing video while unboxing any order that they receive from Find Your Kicks. In case of any defect or discrepancy, our customer care team will demand that unboxing video to assess the legitimacy of the claim made by the buyer.
Your purchase cannot be cancelled once the payment process has been completed. This policy is in place to ensure that every purchase made is genuine, active and dependable in the marketplace.
Remember that on the opposite side of the transaction, there is a seller who is counting on it to be completed.
When you purchase an item from Find Your Kicks India, you are agreeing to the No Refund/No Return Policy. We encourage our customers to resell their item once it has been received and fulfils the condition standards if you no longer want it.
In case the item purchased is deemed fake or not in a condition to be delivered. You will be refunded within 24 hours after the authentication is complete.
