Thank you for shopping with Find Your Kicks India, a trusted marketplace for limited edition sneakers, apparel, accessories and much more. We are committed to delivering your items securely, quickly, and with transparency. Please read our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Processing
Processing Time:
- • Standard orders are processed within 15-20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
- • Orders with the 'Instant Shipping' offer are shipped within 48 hours after order confirmation and are usually delivered in less than 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Verification Process:
High-value and limited-edition items require additional verification at our warehouse. Customers will be notified if there's any discrepancy or delay during this process.
2. Shipping Time
Domestic Shipping (India):
- • Standard Shipping: 15-20 business days
- • Instant Shipping: Ships in 48 Hours (5-7 business days)
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are charged over and above at the checkout based on chosen shipping method. The prices are as follows:
- • Standard Shipping: INR 399/-
- • Instant Shipping: INR 999/-
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package via the carrier's website or your account dashboard.
5. Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet delivery estimates, delays can occur due to weather, customs, carrier issues, or peak demand. We appreciate your understanding and will support you in resolving any delivery problems.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Find Your Kicks India Private Limited is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If this occurs:
- • Check with neighbours, front desk, or security
- • Contact the carrier directly
- • Reach out to us - we'll do our best to help, but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds
7. Pre-Orders & Authentication Delays
Estimated shipping timelines will be displayed on the product page. Delays due to authentication or sourcing will be communicated via email.
8. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect address entry. If the customer is able to identify that a wrong address has been mentioned, kindly reach out to us before the order is shipped so that we can deliver the order to the updated address. Once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes.
9. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Due to the nature of our marketplace - where most of the items are limited edition, pre-owned, or consigned - we maintain a strict no return policy. Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before purchasing.
